Dynamic tests

To study the structural behavior of the innovative timber structure of the House of Natural Resources, several dynamic test series were carried out. The tests were conducted at different construction stages and hence allowed to quantify the influence of the single structural components on the overall structural behavior. Furthermore, the influence of the non-structural elements on the stiffness and damping of the building could be quantified.
